Metro Cebu is one of the metropolitan areas in the Philippines having numerous skyscrapers outside Metro Manila. Through the years, many highrise buildings were sprouting in Cebu City and its surrounding metropolitan area. Cebu Business Park, Cebu City's central business district, and South Road Properties, a privately-owned mixed-used development on reclaimed land along Cebu South Coastal Road, hosts most skyscraper development in Cebu City. Horizons 101, topped out in 2017, is the tallest building in the metropolitan area and outside Metro Manila.
