Resorts World Manila is an integrated resort, located in Newport City, opposite the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. The resort is owned and operated by Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc. (TIHGI), a joint venture between Alliance Global Group and Genting Hong Kong. The project, occupying part of a former military camp, has four hotels, casino gambling areas, a shopping mall, cinemas, restaurants, clubs and a theater. A soft launch of the resort took place on 28 August 2009. Resorts World Manila is the sister resort to Resorts World Genting, Malaysia and Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore. It was the first integrated resort in Metro Manila, and from 2009 to 2013 it was the only one in operation until the opening of Solaire Resort & Casino in Entertainment City, Parañaque on March 16, 2013, followed by the opening of City of Dreams Manila on December 14, 2014 on Roxas Boulevard.

On June 2, 2017, several shootings and arson occurred in and around the resort, leaving 38 people dead and 54 wounded due to destruction. The casino has temporarily suspended its operation. and had its license suspended by PAGCOR on June 9, 2017. The license suspension was lifted on June 29, 2017 and on the same day Resort World Manila resumed its gambling operations in gaming areas not affected by the attack.

The Newport Performing Arts Theater is a 1,500-seat venue for concerts, plays, musicals, conferences and other events. It was designed by Hong Kong-based interior designer Joseph Sy. The theater's vestibule also serves as a venue for various types of functions.

Resorts World Manila has been producing and staging major musical theater productions every year since 2010 at the Newport Performing Arts theater. All of its productions feature Filipino stage actors, with the exception of its first one, the original concept show called Kaos.

  • Kaos (2010). An original concept show, Kaos combined a musical-style narrative with acrobatics and circus acts. The musical starred singer and theater actor Gian Magdanagal, Filipino-Canadian actress Martha Joy, and veteran performer Joel Trinidad in the lead roles. The show also featured Kaos, the white lion; Sito, the white tiger; and Betty the yellow tiger, with their trainor and master illusionist Enrique Polo. the show opened on December 1, 2010.
  • Rodger's and Hammerstein's The Sound of Music (2011). Filipina West End actress Joanna Ampil and singer-actress Cris Villonco played the lead role of Maria Rainier; seasoned actors Audie Gemora, Ed Feist, Jon Joven, and Ariel Rivera played Captain Von Trapp; Pinky Amador and Sheila Francisco alternated as the Mother Abbess in this production helmed by Roxanne Lapus The musical opened on October 15, 2011.
  • Rodgers and Hammerstein's The King and I (2012). The production featured a cast led be veteran thespians Monique Wilson, Shiela Valderrama-Martinez and Menchu Luchengco-Yulo as the iconic Anna Leonowens, and Leo Valdez and Nonie Buencamino as the King, under the direction of Freddie Santos.
  • Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella (2013). Starring Christian Bautista and Fred Lo as the Prince, Karylle Tatlonghari, Julia Abueva and Justine Pena as Cinderella, and Pinky Marquez and Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo as the Fairy Godmother, this production opened on October 9, 2013.
  • Priscilla, Queen of the Desert: The Musical (2014). Based on the movie Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, the musical follows the adventures of three drag artists who travel across the Australian outback on a battered old bus. The production featured an all-Filipino cast with Leo Tavarro Valdez, Jon Santos, Red Concepcion, and Michael Williams in lead roles; and Bituin Escalante, Lani Ligot, Timmy Canlas, Pinky Marquez, and Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo in supporting roles. The musical opened on May 9, 2014 under the direction of Jaime Del Mundo.
  • Bituing Walang Ningning: The Musical (2015). This is Resorts World Manila's first original Pilipino performing arts production, based on the Komiks serial by Nerissa Cabral which was turned into a blockbuster movie in 1985. The musical starred newcomer Monica Cuenco in the lead role as Dorina PIneda. Singer-actor Mark Bautista played Dorina's love interest, Nico Escobar, while theater veteran Cris Villonco portrayed the role of Lavinia Arguelles, with actress Antoinette Taus alternating for the role in the show's second run. The musical featured all-Filipino songs, including classics penned by Willy Cruz. It opened on June 18, 2015 under the direction of Freddie Santos.
  • Annie (2016). The story of a little orphan girl in and her unwavering optimism set in Depression-era New York is based on the popular comic strip "Little Orphan Annie" by Harold Gray, with book by Thomas Meehan, Music by Charles Strouse and Lyrics by Martin Charnin. Resorts World Manila's production starred veteran actor Michael De Mesa as Oliver Warbucks, Menchu Luachengco-Yulo as Miss Hannigan, Jill Pena as Grace Farell, Justine Pena as Lilly St. Regis, Mako Alonso and Red Concepcion as Rooster Hannigan, and new discoveries Isabeli Araneta Elizalde and Krystal Brimner playing the title role. Directed by Michael Stuart Williams, Annie opened on September 30, 2016 with finale shows on December 10 and 11, 2016. It won the award for Best Musical Production (foreign material) in the 2016 Aliw Awards, where Elizalde and Brimner also both won the discovery of the year award.

Resorts World Manila formally opened in July 2015 the Marriott Grand Ballroom. Touted as the largest hotel ballroom in the Philippines, its main feature is a 3,000 sqm pillarless ballroom that can seat up to 2,500 people for a banquet event, and up to 4,500 for a concert setup. The main ballroom can be subdivided into four sections for smaller events, but there are other venues within the facility for a total of 28 spaces for various events.

Resorts World Manila has gambling areas occupying three floors in its main casino, featuring table games, slot machines and electronic table games. More gambling spaces are available at the Remington Entertainment Center inside Remington Hotel.

On June 2, 2017 at midnight, 36 people died from suffocation with 70 others injured after a gunman set fire to gambling tables and slot machine chairs inside the Resorts World Manila casino. On Friday, the gunman was found dead in the Maxims Hotel adjacent to the casino.. The gunman was later identified as Jessie Carlos.
