Grand Hyatt Colombo is a 47-storey five star hotel currently under construction in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The hotel features 475 guestrooms and 84 serviced apartments. It is the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Sri Lanka. The hotel neighbours the S. Thomas' Preparatory School in Colombo 3.
